The audience for our media product would be kids and teenagers, mainly male. This is due to the main character being a male teenager who is still at school which would be easy for the teenagers and kids to relate to as they are still in school. Also our film will attract the male audience due to it having action packed scenes and villains. We believe that the scientific background and the setting of a lab will attract more people who may have enjoyed the films such as The Hulk and Spider-Man which feature science and superpowers in one film.

The media product does seem to be limited to a certain audience but the seriousness and drama throughout the product will appeal to the audience. The psychographic factors that will appeal to the audience would be an audience who like superhero films or science fiction films. After putting the media product onto youtube, the audience reaction for our product were teenagers and mainly male.
A main reason that superhero films are largely popular is that they are a form of escapism. Audiences enjoy escaping the real world for a fantasy film and enjoying the ride.
